We're building the full control center for agencies, founders, and SMBs—inside Google Workspace.
Tooling Studio builds tightly integrated, browser-based tools that reduce app creep and streamline day-to-day operations for small and mid-sized teams. Project management. CRM. Time tracking. Goals. Fully connected and synced across Google Workspace.
We've already launched our first tools; Kanban boards and CRM, both deeply integrated with Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. We’ve crossed 1,000 active users, have early revenue, and are shipping fast. The infrastructure is in place. Now, we’re looking for a growth-focused co-founder to help scale the commercial side of the business.
Who We're Looking For
We're not hiring an employee—we’re looking for a true co-founder with strong marketing and growth expertise. Someone who has:
- A proven track record of growing user bases for niche B2B SaaS products
- Deep experience with growth marketing—from positioning and SEO to paid campaigns and funnel optimization
- An entrepreneurial mindset: ideally you’ve built or scaled tools, and know what it takes to get from 1,000 to 10,000+ users
- The drive to build something big and long-term, not just take a job
- Either the time to invest in the journey or capital to invest and grow alongside us
You understand that growth requires both smart marketing and hands-on sales, especially early on. While our long-term play is product-led growth, in the short term we need someone who’s not afraid to directly reach out, demo the product, follow up with early users, and close deals all while testing scalable acquisition strategies. You know how to balance scrappy outreach with strategic marketing experiments, and you’re ready to do both.
We believe this product can grow substantially, if we get the right person focused on growth, distribution, and product-market fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own growth: Lead marketing strategy across content, SEO, email, paid, partnerships, and community
- Launch and scale CRM: Drive the recently launched CRM product to grow adoption within existing and new accounts
- Test, learn, repeat: Validate messaging, channels, ICPs, and pricing—then scale what works
- Collaborate on product positioning: Shape how we talk about Tooling Studio to better resonate with agencies, founders, and small businesses
- Identify scalable acquisition channels: You’ll have freedom and support to explore and execute growth experiments
What You’ll Work With
You'll partner with Eric, who leads product and brings a strong ability to craft compelling marketing materials, demos, and proof-of-concepts. The foundation is solid: design, messaging, and product are all moving fast.
You’ll also have access to a small but skilled team of marketers, designers, and engineers—ready to support any growth tactic you want to explore.
Your role is to bring the growth strategy and execution muscle, backed by product and creative firepower.
