Co-Founder / CEO (Business Lead). Partner to the technical founder to lead fundraising, operations, and market growth for JobSight360, a predictive construction tech platform.
Responsibilities- Lead fundraising and investor relations
- Build and scale company operations (team, processes, compliance)
- Drive go-to-market strategy and enterprise sales
- Develop partnerships with contractors and industry stakeholders
- Represent the company to investors, shareholders, and the public
- Proven experience raising capital for startups (seed/angel)
- Strong investor network and fundraising track record
- Background in SaaS growth, preferably construction tech or B2B enterprise
- Operational leadership experience (building teams and scaling orgs)
- Ability to complement a technical founder with business expertise
- Act as the business face of the company while collaborating closely with the founder
- Commit to securing initial funding within 6–12 months
- Build a high-performance operations and sales team post-funding
- Share in equity and long-term upside as a true partner in scaling JobSight360
