Description

Hindeep is a growing startup with an innovative social dating product already used by more than 20,000 people in Italy. We have validated the market and reached the first signals of Product-Market Fit: now we are entering a crucial phase of scaling. To grow in a structured way, attract capital, and consolidate our business model, we are looking for a new co-founder to take on the role of CFO.

The CFO will play a key role in driving our financial strategy, structuring fundraising plans, building relationships with investors and institutional partners, monitoring financial KPIs, and ensuring sustainability throughout the growth process. We are not simply looking for a manager, but for a true co-founder who shares our vision, responsibilities, and long-term commitment. That’s why we are seeking profiles available on a full-time (or near full-time) basis, ready to put their financial and fundraising expertise at the service of a fast-scaling startup, with the opportunity to shape strategic decisions and the future of Hindeep.
