Who I Am Looking For

I’m an ambitious entrepreneur and industrial engineer with a clear vision: revolutionizing welding automation for small and medium-sized enterprises. To bring this vision to life, I’m searching for an Engineer or Industrial Engineer to join as a Co-Founder and CTO. If you’re passionate about cutting-edge engineering, have a drive for innovation, and are ready to build something extraordinary from the ground up, this is your opportunity.

Your Profile

  • Strong mechanical engineering expertise
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to take ownership of technical decisions
  • Demonstrated initiative and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and a high degree of reliability
  • Professional experience in engineering or a related field; startup experience is a plus
  • Availability to join starting March/April 2025 or earlier

Your Role

  • Lead the development and optimization of the CNC 2-Axis Welding Guide
  • Oversee production processes and ensure the transition from prototype to scalable manufacturing
  • Drive technical innovation and future product expansions
  • Collaborate on shaping the strategic and technical vision for the startup

Who we are and what we do

Information about the start-up project

BeWe Dynamics is a young, innovative startup from Berlin that is revolutionizing welding technology. The core product, the LS500 linear welding guide, is a CNC-controlled 2-axis welding module with oscillation that automates standardized welding processes in metalworking. With this product, we are creating a cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that previously had to rely on manual or oversized solutions.

BeWe Dynamics is at an exciting stage of development now: with business and financial planning complete and the second prototype nearing completion, the focus now is on securing financing to bring the innovative LS500 welding guide to market.
