CTO Co-Founder Role
I’m looking for a CTO co-founder to lead the technical execution of a compliance-first, cross-border fintech platform. The role involves designing backend architecture, integrating banking and third-party APIs, and building reliable, scalable financial systems in a regulated environment.
This is a founder-level position with meaningful equity and shared responsibility. The product vision and flows are defined; the focus is execution, architecture, and long-term ownership—not idea exploration. No salary at this stage; compensation begins after funding or revenue.
