Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Sales Manager to join us as a co-founder. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business development plans.
- Acquire new B2B clients, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners and key accounts.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the tech, SaaS, or AI industry.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and closing large B2B deals.
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Familiarity with the tech startup market and the equity-based work model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English in both speaking and writing (a necessary condition).
