We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Sales Manager to join us as a co-founder. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and business development plans.
  • Acquire new B2B clients, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners and key accounts.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the tech, SaaS, or AI industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue and closing large B2B deals.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Familiarity with the tech startup market and the equity-based work model.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing (a necessary condition).
