Description

I’m Natalie, the founder of Emerald Glow Cosmetics, a women’s wellness brand centered on cycle-aligned self-care and mental wellness. My long-term vision is to partner with universities and community organizations to provide wellness toolkits and educational resources that help young women better understand their bodies, energy, and mental health.

As the founder, I focus on product development and strategic vision while our social media manager focuses on content creation. I’m now looking for a co-founder who thrives in public-facing and fundraising roles.

Ideal strengths:

• Fundraising for social impact initiatives (grants, sponsorships, partnerships)

• Strong verbal communication and storytelling

• Comfortable speaking publicly (panels, workshops, podcasts, video content)

• Passion for women’s health, mental wellness, or social entrepreneurship

• Interest in helping build partnerships with universities and community organizations

• Preferably someone based in the metro Atlanta area or southeastern United States (Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, etc.)

This person would play a key role in helping scale the impact side of the business, growing awareness and building relationships that allow us to reach more women.
