At iCORPOD, we are transforming badminton training with advanced technology. Our Smart-Tracker digitalizes player performance with precise metrics, enabling detailed analysis and fostering a connected community, making us the "Strava for Badminton."
With a validated MVP, sales in the high-performance sector, and a massive growth opportunity, we are looking for a CMO with a strategic mindset and growth marketing expertise to lead our branding, acquisition, and global expansion strategy.
🎯 Your Role as CMO at iCORPOD
You will be the architect of our marketing and growth strategy, positioning iCORPOD as the top sports tech solution for badminton while building a global user community.
📢 Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Define and execute a digital marketing strategy focused on user acquisition and retention.
- Develop performance marketing and branding campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, influencers, and paid media.
- Create and manage strategic partnerships with clubs, federations, and elite athletes to accelerate adoption.
- Design content and storytelling strategies that resonate with the community through blogs, videos, and social media.
- Optimize conversion funnels and monetization strategies to maximize campaign impact.
- Lead international expansion, focusing on Asia and Europe, the largest badminton markets.
🌍 Community Development & Engagement
- Build and scale the iCORPOD community, driving interaction between players and coaches.
- Grow the performance-driven social network, where players can share metrics, compete, and improve.
- Design engagement strategies, including interactive content, competitions, and digital events.
🔎 Key Requirements
✔ Proven experience in growth marketing and product scalability.
✔ Strong expertise in acquisition strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing, influencer marketing, etc.).
✔ Storytelling and branding skills to build a powerful and attractive brand.
✔ Experience in community building and social platform management.
✔ Understanding of business models based on hardware + subscriptions + advertising.
✔ Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize campaigns with key metrics.
✔ Passion for sports and technology.
