About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to drive adoption of Invite Ellie, a meeting memory platform that helps organizations capture and recall context across every conversation. You will identify, engage, and close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients that rely on consistent alignment, data accuracy, and compliance in their meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and manage a qualified enterprise sales pipeline.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Understand each organization’s meeting, compliance, and productivity challenges to align solutions with measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure strong onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Manage forecasts, track progress in CRM, and report key insights to leadership.
  • Represent Invite Ellie at events, webinars, and enterprise demos.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise or productivity software.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement, compliance, and data security requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical value into business impact.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Consistently generating and closing high-value enterprise contracts, expanding customer relationships, and representing Invite Ellie as a trusted partner for organizational memory and meeting continuity.
