Need safety training and people obsessed with safety. Need people who can communicate effectively with Business English (grammar and punctuation). Need people who can heed warnings instead of ignoring them. Need space entrepreneurs with experience at a space company. Humans in space not satellites. Aerospace & defense experience means nothing if all you did was develop weapons. Need people who value life and know how to keep people alive. That means, at minimum, Closed Environment Life Support Systems (CELSS). It also means safety always at the top of one's mind.
