Description
We Are Seeking A Visionary CTO (Chief Technology Officer) To Lead Our Technical Strategy, Blockchain Architecture And Development Roadmap As We Transition From Early-Stage Funding To Full-Scale Product Launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Define And Implement The Overall Technology Vision And Architecture For The Tokenized Ecosystem.
- Blockchain Development: Oversee The Smart Contract Development, Security Audits And Tokenization Strategies (ICO, STO, RWA Staking).
- Product Development: Lead The End-To-End Design, Development, And Deployment Of Our Platform, Ensuring Scalability And Security.
- Team Building: Recruit, Manage, And Mentor A Team Of Blockchain Engineers, Full-Stack Developers And Security Specialists.
- Strategic Planning: Align Technology Goals With Business Objectives And Fundraising Strategies.
- Partnerships & Compliance: Work With Legal, Compliance, And External Partners To Ensure Regulatory Adherence (SEC, MICA, etcetera).
- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support Pitching To Investors And Explaining The Technical Vision During Fundraising Rounds.
Requirements:
- Blockchain & Smart Contracts: Experience With Solidity, Ethereum, Polygon And Layer 2 Scaling Solutions.
- Tokenization Expertise: Knowledge Of ICO, STO, RWA Staking And DeFi / NFT Ecosystems.
- Full-Stack Development: Proficiency In Javascript (Node.Js, React), Python, .NET, Rust Or Go.
- Security & Compliance: Familiarity With Blockchain Security Best Practices, Smart Contract Auditing And Token Regulations.
- Leadership Experience: Previous Experience As A CTO, VP Of Engineering Or Senior Blockchain Developer In A Startup Or Web3 Company.
- Fundraising Support: Ability To Communicate Technical Concepts To Investors And Contribute To Securing Funding.
