Description
We Are Seeking A Chief Operating Officer (COO) To Drive Operational Excellence, Streamline Business Functions, And Scale The Company From Early-Stage Funding To Full-Scale Execution. This Role Is Pivotal In Shaping Our Strategic Direction, Team Growth And Day-To-Day Execution.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Strategy & Execution: Develop And Implement Scalable Business Operations, Processes And Policies To Support Company Growth.
- Team Leadership & Management: Oversee Hiring, Team Structure And Organizational Development, Ensuring Efficient Workflows Across Departments.
- Product & Business Alignment: Work Closely With The CEO, CTO, And Product Team To Ensure Smooth Execution Of Platform Development And Tokenomics Strategy.
- Financial & Fundraising Support: Manage Budgeting, Financial Planning, And Investor Relations, Assisting With Fundraising And Token Sale Structuring (ICO | STO | RWA Staking).
- Legal & Compliance Oversight: Ensure Adherence To Blockchain Regulations, Securities Laws (SEC, MICA And Data Privacy Policies.
- Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Establish Relationships With Strategic Partners, Exchanges, Investors And Key Industry Players.
- Revenue & Monetization Strategy: Help Define And Optimize Business Models, Token Utility And Revenue Streams.
- Performance & KPI Monitoring: Track And Improve Key Operational Metrics, Ensuring Alignment With Company Goals.
- Operational Leadership Experience: 7+ Years In COO, Operations Management, Or Senior Leadership Roles, Ideally In Startups, Fintech Or Web 3.0.
- Blockchain & Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity With Tokenized Assets, DAOs, Staking Models, And Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
- Fundraising & Financial Acumen: Experience Managing Budgets, Financial Modeling And Investor Relations For Tech Startups.
- Legal & Compliance Awareness: Understanding Of Crypto Regulations, Securities Laws And Operational Compliance.
- Scalability Expertise: Proven Ability To Scale Teams, Operations, And Business Models In High-Growth Environments.
- Strong Leadership & Communication Skills: Ability To Align Cross-Functional Teams, Drive Execution And Build A Strong Company Culture.
- Startup & Growth Mindset: Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Uncertainty Environment, Making Data-Driven Decisions.
- Experience In Media, Gaming Or Creator Economy Business Models
- Previous Leadership Role In A Web 3.0, Fintech Or Blockchain-Based Startup
- Understanding Of Treasury Management, DAO Governanc And Decentralized Operations
- Global Experience Managing Remote And Distributed Teams
